Terms and Conditions

Basis of Contract
1.1 The below terms are deemed to be accepted by the Hirer upon payment of a deposit.
1.2 The Terms apply exclusively to every contract for the hire of goods and supply of services by the Hirer from Perfect Day Styling.
1.3 If an order placed by the Customer is accepted by Perfect Day Styling, Perfect Day Styling agrees to hire the goods/ supply services to the Hirer for the Hire Period for use at the Site on these Terms.
1.4 Goods hired shall at all times remain the property of Perfect Day Styling.

Invoicing & Charges
2.1  Perfect Day Styling does not charge for any consultations.
2.2  A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm the event date, payable within 5 days of the invoice date; and the balance 28 days prior to the event date.
(a) Deposits are non-refundable, transferrable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note.
2.3 Full payment of the invoice must be made at least 28 days prior to the event day in the form of cash or bank transfer.
(b) If order is placed less than 7 days from event date, then payment in full is required within 24 hours from invoice issue date.
2.4 All orders under $300 will incur a delivery fee along with orders outside the Sydney Metro regardless of total order amount. Pick up from showroom is not permitted.
2.5 Delivery, of goods being provided during ordinary hours of 7am to 7pm by Perfect Day Styling.

Variation and Cancellation
3.1 If through circumstances beyond the control of Perfect Day Styling, Perfect Day Styling is unable to provide goods, then Perfect Day Styling may:
(a) Make changes to the goods provided that the end performance is not materially prejudiced; or
(b) Cancel any order (even if it has already been accepted) by notice in writing.
3.2 The Hirer may cancel an order but will forfeit all booking deposits. For orders cancelled within 28 days prior to the event date, the balance of the invoiced fee is due in full.
3.3 Any item removal or deductions from invoice must be made at least 28 days prior to the hire date. Variations made within 28 days will incur the hire charge. Additions can be made at any time and are subject to availability.

Damage to Equipment
4.1 The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment for any reason whatsoever except loss or damage which is caused by reasonable wear and tear.
4.2 It is agreed that upon the completion of the hire period, any replacement or repair cost of the equipment will be deducted from the bond or paid in full to the delivery driver upon item collection.
4.3 A bond of $200.00 is applicable to the full hire which will be included on your invoice. This bond is fully refunded within 48 hours of returned items in their original condition.
4.4 Any missing or damaged items must be reimbursed by you to Perfect Day Styling within 7 days after the event. In this case you will be notified within 24 hours of the end of the event and Perfect Day Styling reserves its rights to issue an invoice for the full retail amount of the missing or damaged good(s) payable within 7 days of issue.

Marquee Light Letters
5.1 The Marquee Light Letters and signs are electrical and mainly suited to inside / undercover areas.  We will help you find a suitable location for these letters where they are protected and so are yourselves and your guests.
5.2 It is the responsibility of the Hirer to speak with their venue coordinator for permission to set up the Marquee Light Letters to ensure a safe space for props, as we are unable to move décor /furniture set up by other vendors.
5.3 You authorise Perfect Day Styling to use publicity/photographs from your event within our marketing channels.
5.4 Photographs will be taken at set-up in the case of any disputes, these will be referenced. A Hirer agreement must be signed prior to event date or upon delivery. The Hirer is liable for the items once they have been delivered; damages Terms apply.
5.5 If on arrival of set-up, the Perfect Day Styling  team feel the Letters/Signs location request is unsafe (ie: uneven floor, electrical equipment too close to water supply) then Perfect Day Styling have the right to place the props in a position better suited. This is to reduce the risk of any damages to both props and more importantly, yourself and your guests.
5.6 Perfect Day Styling accepts no responsibility for any injuries or claims whilst using hired equipment as the onus, risk and liability is transferred to the Hirer at the time of delivery.
5.7 You will indemnify us against any and every expense, financial loss, claim or proceedings whatsoever or damage to or loss of property arising out of the delivery, use, non-use, repossession, collection or return of the equipment or any part of it.

Invitations
6.1 A minimum deposit of 50% is required for all stationary orders to commence production.
6.2 A full 100% payment is required 14 days prior to the event.
6.3 Once production has commenced no alternations, adjustments or variations are permitted.
6.4 We endeavour to complete each order that is placed on time. Although any delay in production despite being rare may occur and we will notify you if this arises. You acknowledge that this may occur and seek no damages.
6.5 We are not responsible for any incorrect spelling and or incorrect information and any reprint will incur an additional charge.
6.6 No refund, credit or exchange will be given for any incorrect stationary order.
6.7 Cancellation of all orders prior to production will attract a fee equal to 50% of the total value of the order and may not be used as a credit or exchange.
6.8 Cancellation of all completed orders will attract a fee equal to 100% of the total value of the order and may not be used as a credit or exchange.

Privacy Policy
This following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the Perfect Day Styling website. 
Perfect Day Styling is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

Collection of your personal information
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to some features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

Use of your personal information
For each person to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
Perfect Day Styling reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.

Accessing Your Personal Information
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Perfect Day Styling reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
